The 59-year-old obviously knows German football incredibly well, but adds that Barcelona targeting anyone right now is all just hypothetical because the club cannot make signings as things stand owing to the ongoing financial situation, which likely explains the apparent lowball offer. Until circumstances change, specifically getting back onto 1:1 spending rules, movement is limited.
