Liverpool have made it – for the first time in their long history, the Reds are the champions of the world, having beaten Flamengo in the grand final of the Club World Cup tournament.
But it was not an easy win by any stretch of the imagination since Jurgen Klopp’s troops were pushed to the limit and only a very late Roberto Firmino strike managed to separate the two sides.

And even though they must be over the moon right now, many of their supporters actually couldn’t believe an absurd decision by the FA that states the Reds won’t be permitted to wear the Club World Cup winners’ patch on their kits in the Premier League.
Needless to say, that didn’t really go down well with Liverpool’s fan base…
But apart from just fuming at the decision, many also seem to believe it’s something of a personal issue that FA might have with Liverpool winning the title of world champion.
